Bloggers Challenge #68 - Inspiration

This is the photo we were given for inspiration:
Here is what I came up with:
I haven't been able to come up with anything for the last 4 weeks challenge and at first I just could not come up with any ideas for this one either and then it hit me last night. I came across a piece of white cardstock that had been embossed with the CB paisley folder. I used my black Versafine pad and wiped over it lightly to get this background. Then I used SCS sketch #4 for the layout. Be sure to click on the blogger challenge button on the right to see what the rest of the girls came up with.

Stamps: Papertrey Little Lady, Sentiment from Wisecracks
Ink: Versafine, SU
Paper: Bazzill, GP
Embellishment: Cuttlebug Paisley embossing folder, Pop dots for sentiment.

Half Cracked Friends

I'm working on my personal challenge to do 1 card a day using the SCS sketch challenges. Here is sketch #3. I got this image & sentiment from InkStazOnMe in the PIF. I just love it. Too bad it is a retired image from TAC.
Stamps: TAC-Half Cracked
Paper: Bazzill, GP, Basic Grey
Coloring Media: Prismacolor Pencils, Gamsol
Embelishment: Prima flowers, MM rhinestone brads

More creating going on...

I know I said 2 days ago that I was planning on creating 1 card each day from the SCS challenges but I never got time yesterday with all my studying & dealing with trying to get our youngest a doctor's appt. So here is sketch 2 that should have been done yesterday.

Stamps - Serendipity
Paper - Bazzill, SU
Coloring - Prismacolor pencils, Gamsol
Embellishments - Ribbon, Stickles

Challenging myself to create more...

I have printed out all the SCS sketches 1-196. I'm starting at #1 and my plan is to go numerically and make at least 1 card each day. The hope is that I can find my missing creativity. Life has gotten so stressful around here lately and I'm hope that by getting back to crafting I will be able to find a way to relax some. Anyway here is what I came up with for #1.

Supplies - Stamps: GinaK Flowers for Daisy, Wisecracks; Paper: Bazzill, Basic Grey, SU; Misc: Prismacolor pencils (no gamsol), Offray ribbon.
